Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will resolve the issue. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem within 30 days of delivery. After review, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Sizing

Review the size guide before placing your order. If your item does not fit as expected, we offer a one time size exchange per order. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your return, your replacement size will be sent.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for incorrect size selection or change of mind. All purchases are considered final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Shipping Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us and we will assist further.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
